FLEEP is awarded the Fulbright B.E.S.T. Scholarship

It will help the project to better define the business

The U.S.-Italy Fulbright Commission, together with Invitalia, has awarded the FLEEP project the B.E.S.T Scholarship that will bring Giorgio Dell’Erba to the Silicon Valley for a 6 months period to study a special program provided by Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.

The BEST (Business Exchange and Student Training) program was launched in 2007, born from a cooperation between the US Embassy in Italy, the Fulbright Commission in Italy, INVITALIA and the Italian Consulate in San Francisco. BEST is managed by a Steeering Committee that evaluates and assigns scholarships to the most promising high-tech projects in Italy that can benefit from this type of format.

The aim is to stimulate economic competition and high-tech business culture in Italy and to transfer best US cultural and business practices through an innovative exchange program in Silicon Valley.

The programme is aimed at Italian citizens (under 35 years of age) with a Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s Degree or a PhD (including students). The program is also open to those who are studying art, fashion and design.
